CAN ANYONE HELP?

I’ve been in touch with the guys that hosted Vibin & they have suspended the site because those lovely people at the RIAA complained that I put up an R.Kely track. I can totally understand their position & I have to thank them for the free service they offered me. Can anyone help me to host Vibin? If not then I won’t be able to feature the latest releases because I’ll have nowhere to host the audio files. If no one can help then I’ll probably just have to stick to podcasts, this isn’t good because they take so long to do.

If can help me can you email me via this email address – the site generates about 1GB of bandwidth a day. You should also start using http://vibinmusic.blogspot.com to access this site as vibin.co.uk & vibinmusic.co.uk will no longer be active in a few days.

Just this minute got back from New York & I've noticed that the place where I host the audio files for the site has suspended my account. I was getting this server space for free so I’ll have to see what the problem is – please be patient – as soon as I find out I’ll let you know……I’m so tired!!!

TREAT YOUR EARS TO THIS!

Looks like I was right when I said you can’t please everybody, 20 people hate the new site – I bet the 20 that voted keep on coming back though! Anyway got a mini update for you all, it’s getting harder & harder to find some decent tracks this time of year hence the small(ish) update. However to make up for it I’ve done a new mix/podcast for you ….. BACK IN THE DAY PART.1 - a collection of big 80’s tunes featuring the likes of Rene & Angela, Cameo, Five Star & James Ingram, hope you all like it.

I’m off to New York this Friday (16th) for 6 nights so I might be a bit slow responding to emails even though I’ll be taking my laptop. What a night!!!

WELCOME TO VIBIN

Well after thinking long & hard I've decided to turn Vibin in to a blog. The reason why I've decided to make the change is that I'll be able to update the page a lot more often instead of the usual monthly updates.

Most of the "complaints" I get about Vibin is about updating the page on a more regular basis - with a blog I'll be able to update on a daily or weekly basis. I'll also be able to post exclusive videos & news items - I get sent a lot of news items but there isn't a section in the current layout to post them.

You'll still be able to listen to great music & also purchase CD's via the Vibin Shop. If you run a blog site & you would like to link up drop me an email.

I'm off to New York again on the 16th November...can't wait. I was last over there 6 months ago but managed to catch a nasty infection in my right leg so I spent the full week in the hotel room

Fingers crossed we'll have a couple of "big" releases before Christmas then things will really slow down until March next year. Some major new releases (Ashanti, Mariah Carey, Maxwell & Jaheim) are expected for 2008 so, by the look of things, it looks like it could be a good year.
